Our next walk is scheduled for March 21 at Oak Grove Lake Park in Chesapeake. 

This is a 1.5 mile loop around Oak Grove Lake on a cinder/dirt path that is level, largely shady, and has 1/4 mile markers all along the path. Those interested in coffee/lunch, can plan on going afterwards to First Watch on Volvo Pkwy. Those who would like to carpool, contact Ellen. She lives in the Kempsville area. Carpoolers, meet @ 10 at Ellen’s house. If you are driving yourself, plan to be at the park at 10:30 AM. Please let Ellen know if you’re interested in walking and/or carpooling (address and phone number are in the newsletter or call the office). 

On March 21, we will meet at Oak Grove Park in Chesaepake. We will walk around the lake (1.5 miles). 

As always, all levels of walking are welcome and please bring a friend or two!
